Elvie Navarosa is a native of the Philippines and still remains in her beloved country. The Philippines consist of 7,000 plus islands. Even with the great economical and infrastructure advances over the year she has seen many of its people struggled with income inequality and the ability to meet the basic needs of humanity, food, shelter and education in the provinces. The lack of higher education and job skills development in her country pays a major role, because they remain out of reach for many of its citizens. Due to the unequal access the to college, and social norms leave many at a dis-advange, especially women. As a Philippina and mother, she has dedicated her life to change this and other factors that hinder her fellow Philippine citizen form meeting their life needs. as a member of Humanity -X Elvie has expertise or organizing and resource developed in creating sustainable humanitarian projects to meet the needs of her community, she hopes that by doing so, she can be the catalyst to ignite and nature the change it so drastically needs. Her dream is that her daughter will have in the Philippines the future that every human being deserves.
